I'm surprised he's okay with that. I think it took a bit for him to be comfortable. And ultimately he did say if I absolutely wanted to, I could have sex with other men. The thing is, I'm in a relationship with Sam. There's compromise. Most relationships don't include casual sex with other people. How would you feel if Tony went around sleeping with half the inn? I can make concessions for the one I love.

I'm not human, I'm Aesir. And most of my partners weren't Terrans. There's a lot of species that biologically identical (or at least almost) to humans, despite going along different evolutionary paths, like the Xandarians, but I'm not sure they'd consider themselves human.

From my understanding, not all human men have the same sex organs, and neither do all women. If it were a matter of penetration, he'd have to do more than specify what gender you're prohibited from having sex with.
